1. The Party Reservation Policy document must be electronically submitted.
2. Parties will be confirmed by a Pizza Ranch manager via email or telephone call.
3. Parties are scheduled in 2 hour blocks. Exceptions are at manager's discretion.
4. Party start times are 11AM, 1PM, 3PM, 5PM and 7PM . Parties last for 1 hour and 45 minutes (15 minutes needed for cleanup)
5. Parties of 20 or more will be required to secure their party with a credit card number.
6. Parties can cancel with no fee with 48 hours notice.
7. No Shows will be charged $100 on the credit card they used to guarantee party.
8. Parties have 15 minutes after the posted start time to claim their seats.
9. Parties must give us accurate guest counts.
10. Rooms may be booked for exclusive use with a guaranteed minimum purchase (listed below). This is not a room charge! It is simply a commitment by your group to spend that amount of money with us. The manager, at their discretion, may wave this requirement for off-peak bookings.

*** Entire Corral - 96 seats - $640 ***
*** Picnic Shelter - 80 seats - $450 ***
*** Horseshoe – 12 seats - $100 ***
*** Beer Garden – 60 seats - $300 ***
*** Beer Garden Patio – 20 seats. ***

11. There are over 40 new parking spots in the back. It is recommended that parties scheduled for the Woodshed, Picnic Shelter and Beer Garden park in the back lot.
12. We also reserve tables for parties of 6 or more. There is not a "no show" charge on “table” parties. We do appreciate a cancellation call and will give the table away after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
13. Groups that are doing a County Fair/Pizza Ranch package are encouraged to take all of their presents/cameras etc to their car after the party so we can use the seats for other patrons.

1. The demand for parties is very high! We turn away numerous parties because we are already booked. It is important that you show up as promised with the number of people you projected so we can deliver a successful experience.
2. We will have added extra staff based on the number of patrons we pre-book.
3. We will have prepared extra product that we must use that day to meet the needs of the extra traffic.
4. Very few restaurants in the region will even take reservations.
5. We have had pre-booked groups as large as 90 not show up!
6. There are times when patrons will book several options and forget to call to cancel.
7. We need to ensure that all parties know what the conditions of the reservation are.
8. We want to make the Pizza Ranch/County Fair experience an extremely positive one.
9. With over 400 seats, we need a better system than when we only had 200.
